My Dad and I took Maddie to a Beaver Baseball game on Friday Night. Maddie had a free ticket to the game for participating in the reading program through our public library. We had a good time and Maddie did really well. I thought she would want to leave as soon as her hot dog and ice cream were gone, but we made it through the entire game.
It was sooo hot out. Still 90 degrees at 8:00 in the evening. Still, it was tolerable because we were in the shade.

Maddie was a true fan as she yelled over and over again "GO Beavers!!" I told her to yell as much as she wanted since this was a great place to shout and use up her energy!
Going to the game brought back memories of when we would go to the Beaver game as kids...just hoping to catch that foul ball! No foul ball this time but we still had fun!
