Grandma now has stronger arms from lifting Maddie to the top to the bushes!
I think Maddie ate more then she picked! O-well...that's part of the fun!
That was hard work...but is always worth it!

Blueberry Time
It is that time again...berry season! We love berries of any kind! So yesterday evening we went out to Redland to the home of Anne (she is the secretary at Redland where I teach). Anyway, she has blueberries and only charges $0.90 a pound! The good bushes were pretty tall so Maddie had to be lifted up to reach. We left with just over 9lbs of berries. It was a fun (yummy) way to spend the evening.

oh wow. we used to pick the berries out by their house every time we went up there.
that is so awesome, and it looks like maddie really enjoyed them! yum :)
