We have a new family member. He is a 6 month old black lab puppy... whom we named Porter. We adopted him from the Clackamas County Animal Shelter on Tuesday, May 3rd. He is such a gentle, calm, kind boy. He is so good with the kids and I think he will be pretty easy to train....from what we have seen of him so far. We are so happy to have him in our family!

Aw, he's a cutie! How did you guys come up with Porter? LOL
He is actually named after the beer...Black Bute(sp) Porter. My brother likes to think he is named after a former Blazer....Terry Porter, Because his dog is named after Clyde Drexler...who was Porters team mate. I know it could go either way. :)
We figure he will most likely never meet Porter in AZ. :)
